Suggestions to share with your teen:
Change routines and environments that lead to porn usage; make a list of positive and negative consequences; spend less time alone; review the status of friendships and relationships...are they meaningful and satisfying...what would make them more fulfilling?; learn new ways of coping with strong feelings like anxiety, loneliness, anger, depression and boredom.

Filters that target pornography have been included in computer operating systems such as Linux and are sold as stand-alone applications and devices such as Integard, Optenet PC, Netmop, SmartFilter, and BeSafeOnline. Some Internet service providers such as Integrity Online and OpenDNS provide content control as a network service.
