Parenting 101 features a program by the Passage
Group called "Parent to Parent -
Keeping healthy families healthy."
Since it's introduction in 1988, Parent
to Parent has been sucessfully implemented
in over 2,500 communities reaching
over 2 million parents.
There are 8 videos that cover a variety of
issues unique to raising teenagers in today's culture and often provoke conversation
about personal experiences. Small groups meet at a variety of locations and times convenient for busy parents and grandparents. By participating in a small group, you will not only walk away with solid, practical strategies for helping to raise incredible teenagers, but you will also leave with a support group and network of adults you know on a personal level!
The groups are limited in size to about
15 parents or less. We encourage open
discussion and confidentiality here. You will walk away from these sessions educated, encouraged and equipped to raise an incredible teenager!

The Parent Handbook
We developed the Operation: PARENT Handbook as a resource for anyone who interacts with teenagers because we believe that you can't truly connect with your teen if you do not understand the world they're growing up in. The Handbook will help identify critical teen/parenting issues, including trends, misconceptions and warning signs. This invaluable tool is written in simple, easy to understand language. You will raise your level of awareness, and if you suspect one of these issues may be hurting your teen, you will find additional resources listed to help you dig deeper. |
